The Prince of Eastern Province sponsors the activities of the "Small and Medium Enterprises Forum" next November
His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, sponsors the "Small and Medium Enterprises Forum", which is organized by the Asharqia Chamber on Sunday, November 27, 2022, as part of its programs to support and care for these enterprises, with the participation of several experts, specialists and representatives of government and private agencies.
The Chairman of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Raziza, said that the forum, which will be held at the Chamber’s headquarters in Dammam, discusses, in its new version, several axes, most notably investment, financing, and financial technology projects, for these concepts to be main tributaries to the channels of development and expansion of small and medium enterprises.
He explained that the forum will seek to achieve several goals, most notably spreading awareness of the importance of financial technology among investors and the small and medium enterprise sector in the Kingdom in general, and in the Eastern Province in particular, and benefiting from the distinguished and pioneering global experiences in financial technology in supporting small and medium enterprises.
Al-Raziza added that one of the objectives of the forum is to highlight the role of the Asharqia Chamber in the region to be among the best sponsors of small and medium enterprises, Appreciating His Highness, the Governor of the Eastern Province, for sponsoring this event, which confirms His Highness' keenness to develop performance in an important sector, which is the sector of small and medium enterprises.
Al-Raziza stated that the forum also seeks to identify the best economic sectors in which small and medium enterprises can invest and support them, by introducing the concept of partnerships and alliances for small and medium enterprises as a strategic option and developing the skills of owners of administrative and technical small and medium enterprises.
